BUDBUD UBE-BUKO is a Philippine rice cake roll made from first class sticky rice, freshly squeezed coconut milk, white sugar and salt. Ube ( Purple Yam) jam is incorporated into the rice producing this natural purple color. Inside the roll are sweetened chunks of young coconut ( buko).
